I took my southern cross tent not for any reason other than I wanted to, as i had not used it in a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed it, cosy but well ventilated. There was a fear at first that there was going to be no breeze with lots of flies but the spot I chose had enough to keep them at bay.
It's been a while since I had some rain in a tent, and waking with light rain was lovely in a torturous way that meant I really did not want to get out.
